About Panel Grove Core
Panel Grove Core Co., Ltd. has catalogued hardware wallets and paper backups on vault shelves in Incheon since 2019.
Registered Business
Panel Grove Core Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name operating from Office 7, 28 Test-daero, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
The company was established in 2019 after our founder spent two years volunteering at a Songdo community archive, where she noticed how many private vault holders kept excellent physical security but no written index of what sat on each shelf.
Our Origin
In 2017, a family in Bupyeong asked for help locating a specific hardware wallet among six identical boxes on a fire-rated shelf. The device was found after forty minutes of careful searching — but the experience revealed a gap: vault rooms were secure, yet their contents were invisible without opening every container.
Panel Grove Core was founded to close that gap. We bring archival discipline — position codes, condition notes, retrieval registers — to private cold storage without ever connecting a device to a network or opening a sealed envelope.
Our Team
Min-jung Han, Lead Archivist — Former municipal records clerk with twelve years of physical cataloguing experience. Min-jung designed our shelf coding convention (tier-letter plus position number) and trains all field staff.
Seung-ho Park, Field Archivist — Specialises in hardware wallet identification by chassis, port layout, and packaging era. Seung-ho has indexed over 400 devices across Incheon vault rooms.
Yuna Choi, Client Liaison — Coordinates survey appointments, vault access logistics, and follow-up register deliveries.
Working Approach
We treat every vault room as a small private archive. Our archivists arrive with acid-free labels, bound register templates, and field worksheets developed specifically for offline wallet storage. We work shelf by shelf, top to bottom, logging each item’s position without powering on any device.
We do not sell hardware wallets, provide key recovery, or offer investment guidance. Our sole focus is the physical index of what you already store.
Values
- Accuracy over speed — A miscoded shelf position is worse than an unfinished shelf. We verify each entry before moving to the next tier.
- Privacy by design — Registers stay with you. We do not retain copies of shelf maps or device lists after delivery unless you request secure archival storage.
- Transparency — Our rates are published. Our process is documented on the Shelf Protocol page. No hidden fees for travel within Incheon.
Community
We contribute field worksheets to the Incheon Self-Custody Study Group and have indexed vault shelves for three local family offices since 2021.
