Refund Policy
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Panel Grove Core vault shelf indexing services.
Overview
Panel Grove Core provides on-site vault shelf cataloguing services. This policy covers deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refund eligibility.
Deposits
A ₩100,000 deposit is required to secure a survey appointment date. The deposit is applied to your final invoice upon completion of the service.
Cancellation by Client
More than 7 days before the scheduled visit: Full deposit refund within 10 business days.
3–7 days before the scheduled visit: 50% of the deposit is refunded. The remaining 50% covers scheduling and preparation costs.
Less than 3 days before the scheduled visit: Deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no additional charge within 30 days.
No-show without notice: Deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to book a future appointment.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 3 days before the original appointment. Additional reschedules incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.
Cancellation by Panel Grove Core
If we cancel due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full deposit refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.
Refund After Service Completion
Full cataloguing services: If the delivered register contains factual errors in position codes or device identification that we can verify, we will correct the register at no charge within 14 days. Monetary refunds are not issued for completed on-site work unless the service was not performed as described.
Partial completion: If a visit is interrupted by vault access failure or client request to stop early, you are charged only for hours worked at the published hourly rate (₩120,000/hour), with the deposit applied first.
Non-Refundable Items
- Additional bound register copies once printed
- Travel surcharges for visits outside Incheon once the archivist has departed
- USB drives containing digital shelf maps (these are consumable materials)
Refund Process
Submit refund requests to contact@panel-grovecore.click with your name, appointment date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer within 10 business days.
Work Already Started
If you cancel after the archivist has begun on-site indexing, the visit is charged at the hourly rate for time spent, with any remaining deposit balance refunded.
Materials Purchased on Your Behalf
We occasionally purchase acid-free labels or binding materials during a visit with prior approval. These material costs are non-refundable once used.
Disputes
Unresolved refund disputes may be referred to the Incheon Consumer Counseling Center or resolved under the jurisdiction described in our Terms of Service.
