Process
- Initial call — We discuss shelf count, device types, and vault access arrangements.
- On-site survey — Archivists arrive with field kits, worksheets, and labelling supplies.
- Indexing session — Each shelf tier is worked top to bottom; items are logged without being powered on.
- Register binding — The retrieval register is printed, bound, and handed to you before we leave.
- Follow-up — A brief check-in call seven days later to confirm the register meets your needs.
Preparation
Clear a workspace near the vault entrance for the archivists to spread worksheets. Ensure vault access codes or keys are available for the scheduled window. Remove unrelated items from shelves if possible, though we can work around stored documents and valuables.
Pricing
From ₩480,000 for vault rooms with up to four shelves and twenty indexed items. Larger rooms are quoted after a brief phone assessment.
