Terms of Service for Panel Grove Core vault shelf indexing services, governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing panel-grovecore.click or engaging Panel Grove Core Co., Ltd. (“Panel Grove Core,” “we,” “us”) for vault shelf indexing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Panel Grove Core provides on-site vault shelf indexing, hardware wallet inventory, and paper backup cataloguing for private vault holders. Our services are physical cataloguing engagements delivered at client vault locations. We do not sell hardware wallets, provide key recovery, manage digital assets, or offer financial advice.
3. Appointments and Access
Clients are responsible for arranging vault access for scheduled survey dates. If access is unavailable at the agreed time, we reserve the right to reschedule or charge a missed-appointment fee as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about shelf count, device types, and vault location during enquiry and booking.
- Ensure vault access codes, keys, or escort arrangements are in place for the scheduled visit.
- Inform us of any items that must not be moved or handled before the visit.
5. Intellectual Property
The shelf coding convention, field worksheets, and register templates used during our visits are proprietary to Panel Grove Core. The completed retrieval register and shelf map delivered to you become your property upon full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Panel Grove Core catalogues items by external inspection only. We are not liable for:
- Loss of access to digital assets due to misplaced recovery phrases or device PINs.
- Damage to items caused by pre-existing storage conditions.
- Errors in client-provided information about device identity or backup contents.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
We do not retain copies of your shelf maps, device registers, or field worksheets after delivery unless you request secure archival storage in writing. We do not disclose client vault locations or holdings to third parties.
8. Website Use
Website content is provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute site content without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon, South Korea.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
